Heading back to Indonesia for the Christmas break! It was confirmed that I was to see my family again for christmas - excluding the original plan to not see them for another year.

Oh well, this is a much better direction anyways! Time to revisit old stuff!

Hi guys! I have been very busy with my own school work, so I haven't been able to head back to digital art... which I will come back to soon.

Here are the stuff I've been doing lately - more traditional stuff so yeah...
I won't be animating in a long long time, probably a year is tops. This is because I don't own flash 8 anymore, and that if I were to get the master collection.... that would cost me so much money- unless I split the costs with someone. That's unlikely though, since (okay I admit) that my school Sheridan has the master collection in the computer rooms, and that my dorm is just right next to that building... I have been animating, yes, but I won't do that as much as I did back in Indonesia, since doors always get locked at like what, 10 pm. I won't say anything about what I've been working on, all I can say is that the macs are so awesome, that I've been experimenting with high def quality, and it's awesome.

So future plans? Well right now I'm restarting my knowledge on studio work, and will make my final decision for next year. Here are my choices.

If I get accepted to the animation program in Sheridan, then I'll gladly stay. I love this school so far, and the people in it. I have never been in an epic school with such great people. Shout outs to those friends in Sheridan who have their DA's here!




But yeah as for the blog, that's where I'll pose sketches and roughs from now on. I'll get back to DA stuff some other time...

I am now nineteen years old. Wooptidoo. By the way guys, I don't own Flash, Photoshop and after effects anymore so this should answer your question on why I haven't uploaded anything new. I've done a shite load of lifedrawings so I'll upload those someday.

My weekend has been cool. Sunday I just stayed around, did some work etc etc. On Saturday I went to that wonderland theme park and rode all of the roller coasters (including that super tall behemoth thingy majiggy)

Friday was good - i bought a lot of books that feature both directing and drawing, good for my stuff. I bought a lot of portfolio related stuff - I am going to apply for the 2010 animation courses for Calarts, Sheridan and possibly Saneca (Right now I am restarting my knowledge on art with Sheridan. I love Sheridan so far btw). On my way back from the art store I pretty much threw a fit because I stepped on a few used condoms on the way back. It sucked.

I have some bad news - it's about the tutorial. It got corrupt somehow, and I lost the progress step by step parts too. Also, when I was working on the tutorial I kept jumping from one topic to another, and sometimes my paragraphs wouldn't relate to the tutorial at all. So I'll need your feedback, what flash tutorial would you like me to focus on? Lip sync? Inbetweening? Clean up? Composition?

Again, September.

By the way, I am now in Toronto and Sheridan so far is pretty fun.
Now I'm in the same timezone as most of my friends. Rocks.

September 28 is my 19th birthday. Fun.

I still need to look for a new original copy of Adobe related stuff!

My time with this lovely country is over.

I will be moving to Canada. The pro to this is that I'll be in the same timezone with a lot of people I know... The cons, well, won't see my parents and friends for another year. Suckage.

Unfortunately, Canada doesn't seem to show on my country settings - so I switched it back to The Philippines.

I won't be updating for a long time, I'm going to upload something quite soon but after that, don't expect things too soon from me.
